The home comes equipped with a covered dock that provides one slip for the storage of your boat and additional tie down for one additional boat (uncovered). The dock is also equipped with one Waverunner Dock for your use during your rental. Perfect for some relaxation (barefoot), fishing or a swim off the 10 by 30 foot swim deck.

The views are not all there is plenty of seating for the whole family and gas grill and belly up to the tiki bar with a cold beer and snacks.

The game room has an antique bar and fireplace to surround your party game with great memories of your vacation. The game room also includes one more living room area for TV viewing, music listening or a great reading area if you need some down time.
